Strategies and business development are centered on Oncology Services Cardiac Services and Orthopedics.

Responsibilities
  • Provides subject matter expertise to assist with integration of related processes (i.e. physician and mid-level provider workflow) necessary to achieve successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Serves as a liaison to internal and external clinicians including physicians nurses pharmacists and ancillary staff to effectively execute assigned projects.
  • Supports applied use of clinical information technology and the tools of clinical process improvement to support best clinical practices and standardization of the environment of care.
  • Assists in the design and capture of metrics around the impact of various interventions in the processes of care delivery. Assists in teaching and implementing methodology around the transformation of care to safer practices through the use of clinical information technology.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with board certification.
  • Minimum of five (5) years as a clinical practitioner and has been a member of a medical staff committee or equivalent in the clinic setting.

Licensure:

  • Board Certification (eligible for licensure in one of the states with Dignity Health operates clinical services). MD license in healthcare specialty.
