The Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist is responsible for obtaining quality invasive diagnostic data during all studies performed in the cardiac catheterization laboratory on inpatients and outpatients ranging from adult to geriatric age. Experience

Must have 2 years experience in invasive vascular procedures. 

Education

Graduate of an American Medical Association approved school for Radiologist Technologists.

Licensure

Must have current CRT license. Current CPR certification. AMERICAN REGISTRY OF RAD TECHS CERT RADIOLOGY TECH FLUORO RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST

Special Skills

Basic knowledge of EKG recognition and interpretation. Knowledge of film quality control standards. Ability to understand and practice aseptic technique.

Training

Complete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training.
