St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a full-time Middle School teacher (Grades 6-8) for the 2024-2025 academic year. Candidates will be working to create a culture of excellence focused on student learning; therefore, a desire to be empowered via shared leadership is preferred. SMSA offers the benefits of 50% reduced student tuition at SMSA, and offers 50% tuition reduction through Marian University for graduate school.

Persons must be certified as a licensed instructor for education for Grades 6 through 8 in the State of Wisconsin. The successful candidate understands and has experience in current practices and methodologies for teaching Middle School Grades 6 to 8. The candidate must also be a team player, willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues, successfully integrate technology into the daily teaching practices and differentiate instruction and assessment. A faith- and values-based Catholic educator is preferred.
