St. Mark School is Hiring a Kindergarten Teacher Near Peoria, IL

We are seeking an experienced Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students, including those with special needs
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote learning
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Provide tutoring to students who need extra help
- Collaborate with other teachers and education administration to ensure a cohesive curriculum
- Manage classroom behavior effectively
- Utilize library services to enhance student learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and education administration
- Strong organizational skills
