** $15.38-16.66/hour **(based on experience and shift differentials)
St. Margaret's Center, an affiliate of Center for Disability Services, is a pediatric and young adult 94-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Albany, NY. Founded in 1883, St. Margaret's Center is a skilled nursing facility serving medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus. We specialize in providing cutting-edge, long-term, 24-hour intensive medical care in a nurturing and home-like setting.

Requirements for a Resident Life Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience, specifically with providing care and recreational programs to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities for a Resident Life Assistant:
- Assisting the Resident Life team with providing therapeutic recreation programs and experience for the residents
- These experiences are designed to improve each child's cognitive, physical, social and emotional functioning abilities.
