Overview:
We are seeking an experienced educator to join our organization.

Duties:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the organization, working closely with administration and other teachers to develop and execute effective lesson plans
- Lead the classroom with effective management skills
- Attend professional developments to enhance pedagogy and new innovations in education
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, and community partners.
- Represent the organization at public events

Requirements:
- Proven experience in education/working with youth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving student goals and growth
- Proven ability to analyze data to drive instruction
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
