We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our Hospital-based Infusion Services team.

This is a NEW position for our Infusion Services Pharmacy team!

What You Can Expect

• As the pharmacy manager, you will assist in developing and administrating departmental policies and procedures, developing and implementing quality assurance standards and performance improvement activities
• You may occasionally function as a pharmacist in the daily operation of the pharmacy and provide clinical and dispensing functions
• You will assure the department's services comply with policies and regulatory agencies
• You'll frequently collaborate with interdisciplinary work teams
• And you'll also coordinate strategic goal, project, and program implementations that affect the department

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

• Three (3) years' experience

  • MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years experience

• Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
