The Director Laboratory for our Boise campus is the accountable leader for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of laboratory operations, including patient/customer services, employee relations and financial management, in supprt of the St. Lukes mission, vision and goals.
What You Can Expect From This Role
- Participate in setting strategy and decision-making that significantly impacts the achievement of initiatives for laboratory services
- Directly impact quality within the laboratory environment
- Lead a team of highly-skilled, dedicated laboratory professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years' laboratory experience
- Certification in at least one of the following:
- Blood Banking (ASCP_BB or SBB)
- Chemistry (ASCP_C or SC)
- Cytogenetics (CYGT)
- Cytotechnologist (ASCP_CT)
- Hematology (ASCP_H or ASCP_SH)
- Histotechnologist (ASCP_HTL)
- Microbiology (ASCP_M or SM)
- Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB)
- Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS)
- Medical Technologist (ASCP_MT or AMT_MT)
