In this role, you will be part of a progressive team dedicated to advancing the goals of the hospital, meeting the needs of our rural community, and providing outstanding care to our patients. Essential FunctionsDaily cleaning and supplying patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, lobbies, and any other assigned areas. Keep in accordance with Environmental Services Departmental standard procedures and policies. Use cleaning devices including microfiber wet and dry mops, dusters, vacuum cleaners, chemicals, and other housekeeping supplies.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to use a computer for checking email and employee education.
- Good oral and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for short periods of time.
- Ability to stoop or bend for long periods of time.
