St. Luke's Transitional Care Center is seeking full and part-time CNA for 2nd shift for our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. The CNA will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment for all residents, with an emphasis on ADL's and gaining a higher level of function. St. Luke's Transitional Care Center takes great pride in providing quality care to our residents, as well as maintaining a positive and healthy work environment for our employees.
