Position Summary: 

Manager for Cardiovascular Quality oversees quality data and outcomes. Responsible for managing timely, accurate, and complete data entry into appropriate registries that may include the STS Adult Cardiac registry and NCDR’s CathPCI, ICD and LAAO registries. Responsible for developing methods to analyze and report data and using that information to drive performance improvement initiatives that impact care to our patients. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent cardiac nursing experience, Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred, previous management experience preferred

License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
