Position Summary: 

The Assistant Nurse Manager & Educator is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager, Surgical Services with the administrative and clinical activities of the unit. Under the supervision of the manager, plans, coordinates, and implements the education activities of the Surgical Services department. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:  

Education: RN Diploma, Bachelor of Nursing or related field (Health Administration, Business, or Management) preferred.

Experience: 2 years of experience in Surgical Services

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
