Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems - Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Skills: - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong cash handling skills and ability to operate cash registers or POS systems - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc. - Experience in jewelry sales or wireless sales is desirable - Ability to effectively communicate over the phone with proper phone etiquette - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We offer competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
