SUMMARY - This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Dignity Health Arizona Employee Health Services for the operation of Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilber Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborates with Human Resources, Employee Assistance, Public Relations, Education, and Community Outreach in the delivery of Employee Health Programs. 

**Oversight for Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Arizona General Hospital Mesa locations. Travel to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Phoenix, occasionally.

MINIMUM

Bachelor's or combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

Minimum 3 years in related field

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

AZ RN license

Basic computer skills
