ResponsibilitiesSUMMARY - Supervises staff and oversees operations of outpatient clinics within the faculty practice that includes performance of patient care activities and customer service. Supports and implements administrative policies and procedures. Ensures compliance of regulatory and quality programs.
QualificationsMINIMUM
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of three years experience in practice operations
PREFERRED
BS/BA/BSN Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in practice operations, with at least 1 year as lead or supervisor
