Job Summary
Directs staff with agency policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Promotes the philosophy, mission, and administrative policies of the agency to ensure quality of patient / client services.
- Supervises and provides direction to subordinates, in an effort to ensure quality and continuity of services.
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
- Promotes compliance of policies and procedures through education, coaching, and other
- assistance as necessary.
- Monitors systems and identifies problems.
- Directs and coordinates agency attendant services and assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered.
- Participates in activities relevant to services furnished including development and assignments of agency personnel.
- Assures that reassessment is performed as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- Take pride in providing high quality care
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual
- CNA Licensed !!
- MUST be able to be on call after hours
