Job Title: Direct Support Professional- Community Home Albany

St Joseph Home is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our new Community Home in Albany. We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available with an average base pay of $15.50 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• COVID vaccine required.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and less than 6 points on your license
