What You'll Do:

• Support individuals with special needs in the community.
• Provide support to individuals who live on their own or with family.
• Help individuals meet their needs through individualized goals.
• Assist with grocery shopping, cleaning, cooking, budgeting, and attending medical appointments.
• Attend community activities and sporting events with the people supported including:
  • Bowling
  • Picnics
  • Workouts at Local Gyms
  • Museums and Aquariums
  • Concerts
  • And much more!

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling. Position includes evening and weekend hours.
