Job Summary: Monitors and evaluates all aspects of assigned program operations to ensure quality of service for all persons supported to meet their personal goals per state regulations. The QDDP is responsible for accessing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of care for people with IDD/DD.
Cooperate with investigations and audits per state regulations.
