Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Director to join our team. The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing all band ensembles and the kindergarten through grade four music program, including planning, organizing, and conducting musical performances.

Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum
- Conduct rehearsals and performances for various musical ensembles
- Organize and direct musical events such as concerts and recitals
- Provide individual and group music lessons
- Manage the music library and resources
- Mentor and guide students in their musical development

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience working with children in a music education setting
- Proficient in proofreading music scores and materials
- Ability to develop lesson plans that incorporate various musical styles
- Knowledge of math concepts relevant to music theory
- Understanding of childhood development stages in relation to music education
