Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Elementary Aide. As an elementary aide, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in creating a positive and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lessons plans and educational activities.

- Provide support to students in various classroom activities and assignments.

- Supervise students in various classroom activities, recess, and lunchtime.

- Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.

- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

- Associates degree in education or related field is preferred.

- Some coursework in elementary education is a plus.

- Previous experience working with children is desirable.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.

- Must pass a level 2 background check.

- English fluency is necessary.
