Requirements for Lawn Care Crew Members:

A. Valid drivers License

B. Prior landscape experience (min. 1 year)

C. Ability to provide employee eligibility documents

D. Upbeat & positive outlook

E. Ability to receive instruction well from Crew Leader or Owner. Teachable.

F. Full range of motion in upper and lower body

G. Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

H. Punctuality

I. Reliable means of transportation

Strengths for Lawn Care Crew Members:

A. Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment used daily

B. Ability to operate handheld trimmers, walk behind mowers, and backpack blowers.

C. Consistent behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
