St. John Bosco Catholic Church is Hiring a Part-time Custodian/Janitor - St. John Bosco Catholic Church, Churubusco, IN (Churubusco, IN) Near Churubusco, IN

St. John Bosco Catholic Church – Churubusco, INPART-TIME CUSTODIAN/JANITORSt. John Bosco is looking for a part-time custodian person who would be responsible for cleaning the Church and Religious Education buildings. This position would require 5-7 hours per week with flexible hours. He/she would report directly to the pastor and would work in conjunction with the Buildings and Grounds Committee.Qualifications

Experience as a custodian, janitor, maintenance person or similar role preferred.
General knowledge of use of cleaning chemicals and safe disposal of such.
Good physical condition and strength; able to carry heavy objects and ascend stairs or climb ladders. Must possess the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach or turn and to stand for prolonged periods.
Must be self-motivated with attention to detail. Must be able to work independently.
Performs other duties as assigned.
