The principal is the spiritual, educational, and administrative leader of the school. The principal shall demonstrate abilities in teaching and administration and must set an example of Christian conduct and attitude.

The position is a dual position that the individual will fill the responsibilities of the principal and may also act as a teacher, office administrator or other roles as needed.

The responsibilities of the principal include:

1. Administration of Board Affairs - The principal, along with the chairman of the Board, shall represent the school at Voters meetings, meetings and wherever else representation of the school is necessary.

2. Administration of the School Office

3. Administration of the Facility

4. Supervision of the Staff

5. Supervision of the Curriculum

6. Supervision of Children

7. Other duties may vary based on roles being filled

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education administration or a related field
-Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and decision-making
- Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education

Synodically trained applicants will be considered first and non-synodically trained would have to enroll in colloquy training within 2 years of hire.
