This is a dual rate position and will include both Table Games Dealer and Supervising Table Games Dealers.
SUMMARY:

Supervise and monitor table games dealers, as referenced in the table games department organizational chart, during the operation of those games. Responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games (i.e. Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, etc.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safeguard assets of the company
• Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips.
• Collect bets and pay winning wagers
• Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
• Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
• Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
• Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
• Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible mannerQUALIFICATIONS

  All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.

  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have gaming knowledge which should include the actual dealing and supervising of at least two table games. Must have broad knowledge of Casino rules, regulations and procedures, with strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service and employee skills are essential.
