Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early education and development of young children. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social development
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to ensure their academic progress
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to create a supportive educational community
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences
- Monitor and report any concerns or issues regarding student behavior or academic performance

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and educational theories
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools for instruction
- Knowledge of Montessori or other alternative teaching methods is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and school administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification or license (required)
- Previous experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role (preferred)
- Physical education, library services, tutoring experience is an asset
