Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized education programs for students with special needs
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to meet the needs of each student
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with high school students with disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of all students
