Job Information

The St. Francis Senior Ministries Director of Dining Services is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing all activities of the Dining Services Department and oversight of staff.

• Reports to the Executive Director

Job Requirements

• Previous dietary experience in a long term care/healthcare setting is preferred
• Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred
• General knowledge of principals of dietetics, food sanitation and service, purchasing and preparation of food and familiarity with labor laws and accepted food service techniques
