As a Junior Buyer, youll play a crucial role in the procurement process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to source and purchase products from suppliers using Oracle ERP.

• Purchase Order Management :
• Create and manage purchase orders for goods and services using Oracle ERP, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow protocol for processing orders and invoices.
• Vendor Relations and Negotiations :
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Analyze market trends to implement procurement strategies.
• Research new suppliers to find competitive rates for products and services.
• Reporting
• Compile reports from the ERP system
• Quality Assurance :
• Review bids received from suppliers to ensure they meet quality and price standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Eager to learn and interested in the world of satellite communications and IP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain / Business / Economics, or any related fields are preferred. Courses in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Statistics are beneficial.
