Position Description:

As the Receiving Specialist, you are responsible for performing the inbound receiving functions of our warehouse products. The ideal candidate is a team player with an eye for detail and is willing to cross-train in multiple positions. If you fit this description, Apply Today!

Essential Functions

• Receive inbound deliveries and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Unload packages from incoming trucks
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
• Ensure all inventory are accurately labeled and stored in the warehouse locations
• Keep up with invoices to make sure orders are correct
• Process any returns
• All other duties as assigned
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• A pre-employment drug screen and physical are required prior to hire

Preferred Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of warehouse experience in a receiving position
• Able to operate forklift, power or manual pallet jack while adhering to safety rules
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with Netsuite software
• Knowledge of auto parts terminology
• Team player
