LPN - RN JOB DESCRIPTION
St. Clare Living Community is currently seeking an LPN or RN who provides care to a group of patients and residents under general supervision of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interact with patients and residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members.
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Required to analyze data and remember and recall multiple policies and procedures. Must have organizational skills, ability to revise and implement the plan of care and observe record and report on patient/resident status. Must be able to demonstrate multiple priorities and the ability to direct and evaluate the activities of others.
