Preschool Teacher Saint Bridget School (Framingham, MA), a co-ed Catholic school educating scholars in preschool (age 2.9) through grade 8, is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher with high energy, a creative spirit, and a passion for educating children. Saint Bridget School students are inspired to develop a life-long love of learning, build strong moral character, and cultivate friendships that will last a lifetime.Under the supervision of the Principal and Early Childhood Education Director, the Preschool Teacher will work in partnership with the preschool and early education team to provide a safe, caring, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment and experience for preschool students (2.9-3.0 years old). Components of Responsibility:Pedagogy, Instruction, and Assessment:Work in partnership with preschool team to:Implement and teach Lynch Foundation Early Education Curriculum to students Lead daily instruction and routinesTeach children about God’s love and virtueEnsure the academic success, growth, and progress of all studentsDemonstrate clear communication with students, parents, and colleaguesInspire students with a growth mindset Manage a preschool aide to assist students in learningClassroom ManagementCreate and maintain an organized, functional, and safe learning environment conducive to learning.Uphold rules, routines and procedures to optimize learning.Uphold student safety at all times in and inside the classroom, adhering to early education safety standards Administrative/Extra-CurricularDemonstrate clear, professional, and empathetic communication with students, parents, and colleaguesMaintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development. Work collaboratively with all members of the SBS community. Attend all Faculty/Staff, professional learning community (PLC), and other meetings as directed by the Principal and Director of Early Education.
