- JOB SUMMARY
- This position will serve as a coordinator between St. Bernards and academic institutions, specifically the clinical Designated Education Units (DEUs). They will also serve as clinical faculty for St. Bernards sponsored clinical programs. The position will work to oversee and facilitate the development and maintenance of an RN residency program for new graduates and work to facilitate professional development opportunities for internal nursing professionals. In addition, they will facilitate preceptor development for nursing staff.
