Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Produce Manager to join our team at a grocery store. As the Produce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh produce, ensuring a wide variety and high quality
- Manage shift schedules and coordinate employee tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain proper product rotation and freshness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
