There is no school like Aug Prep! In just its seventh year of operations, Aug Prep has been voted a “Best Place to Work” by its employees FIVE times (in four of those years, there weren’t any other schools on the list!). What makes us so special?
Aug Prep currently enrolls over 1,800 students. Our first three graduating classes earned over $21 million in college scholarships! Construction is complete on our second building which opened in August 2023 and we will add nearly 500 more new student seats and 50 additional job openings in the upcoming year.

Position Information
The Elementary School program at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy combines research-based best instructional practices while also acknowledging the social, emotional, and developmental needs of every student. Our Elementary School team will build a foundation of Literacy and Math skills while also building inquisitive students who ask questions and explore the world around them. Our classrooms are equipped with innovative technology to assist teachers in differentiation, remediation, and accelerated programming for their students based on their individual needs.
