St. Anthony’s Workforce Development Program (WDP) serves the community by providing job readiness training, career development services, job search, and job coaching to individuals residing at Fr. Alfred Center or with individual guests living in San Francisco who seek St. Anthony’s services. The Workforce Development Program offers guests an opportunity to build skills, secure transitional employment, and achieve employment success long-term.
