St. Anne Home is Hiring a Part-Time Receptionist Near Greensburg, PA

Part-Time Receptionist

Shifts vary from 8am- 12pm, 8am- 4pm, 4pm-8pm,

Must be able to work every other weekend and be able to rotate holidays

Duties Include:

Answer telephone calls and refer calls appropriately. Record and report to proper authority all messages, calls and visits.

All calls requesting information will be referred to the proper director. Greet visitors, provide information and assist as needed.

Maintain order and cleanliness at front desk, closet, and in lobby area.

Perform clerical duties as assigned.

Remind visitors to sign guest register.

Be present at reception desk during assigned time.

Sort residents’ mail by unit and refer all other mail to Administrative Secretary.

Ensure resident safety by being vigilant of residents coming and going out the front doors
