Essential Responsibilities :

Examples of equipment are but not limited to ovens, ranges, fryers, grills, ice machines, walk-in and reach in coolers and freezers, steamers, combi ovens, etc.

• Install new kitchen equipment including connections to gas, electric and water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Diagnose issues with performance through observation, testing and setup.
• Keep up to date on new equipment and technology.
• Communicate part orders and repair status with Supervisor.
• Follow all Club policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting and repair of club equipment and facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the Facilities Supervisor
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. Must be available to work Monday Saturday on a 40-hour work week. Additional hours and / or overtime may be required from time to time.

• Valid driver’s license. Education & Work Experience Requirements :
• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A Trade School Diploma and / or Journeyman License preferred.
• 5 years’ work experience in Kitchen Hot and Cold Equipment Service.
• Possess CFESA Certifications in Electrical, Gas and Refrigeration.
• EPA / NATE Certification to work on Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration. Physical Requirements :
