Saint Albans City School (SACS) is seeking a Home-School Coordinator. The coordinator collaborates with families, colleagues and agencies to provide support needed so that all children can access their education. Some essential duties include assisting families that are struggling, support families with engagement strategies, supporting students in a variety of ways, and managing the data about children supported by DCF and homeless services or currently working with law enforcement. Valid Vermont Teaching License with appropriate endorsement for assignment and/or level of assignment or eligible for certification is required. Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work, Counseling or related content area, Master’s preferred.
