Position: Nurse Manager – RN | Labor & Delivery

Hospital Location: 1303 East Herndon Avenue, Fresno, CA 93720

Role/Responsibility: Reporting to the Director, Women & Infants, Nursing Service Admin, this position has twenty-four hour accountability for managing all aspects of patient care in the assigned area(s), coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical and material support to staff, and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability.

Pay Details: Starting rate $64.55, increases based on experience

Ideal Candidates WILL HAVE:

• California RN License OR Temporary CA License – must have proof of temp license*
• BSN required OR ASN w/ 3 years of Nurse Leadership experience
• 3 years of nursing experience required w/ BSN
• 6 years of nursing experience required w/ ASN (including the 3 years of nursing leadership experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification
• 2 years of nurse management experience, preferred
