- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to Middle School students.- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments.- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the classroom.- Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.- Foster a love for mathematics by making connections to real-world applications.- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
