Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of all project aspects within budget and to client satisfaction
• Manage roofing construction projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to project plans
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for projects
• Develop and enforce project schedules
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and address any concerns
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Manage project team, including subcontractors and vendors
• Identify and resolve construction process issues
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
