SST Direct is Hiring an Electrical Project Manager Near Deltona, FL

Seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client, an established and successful electrical contractor near Deltona, FL.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! 

Salary is between $80,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience) plus bonuses and company vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop project layouts and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and follow project directives meticulously.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
  • Effectively multitask and uphold rigorous safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management.
  • At least 7 years of relevant trade experience, with a focus on commercial and industrial electrical work.
  • Preference for candidates with Journeyman or Master Electrician certification.
  • Experience in highway lighting systems, electrical wiring systems, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and roadway signing strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in understanding plans, specifications, construction methods, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Procore preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Blue Beam required.
  • Experience with P6 scheduling preferred.
