SSS is seeking a Command Action Group Support SpecialistAbout AFSFC: The Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC), a pivotal entity within the Air Force, is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness and mission capabilities of the Security Forces across various spectrums. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Administrative Support Specialist to join our Commander's Action Group (CAG) team. This role is instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support, facilitating strategic planning, and ensuring the seamless dissemination of information within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the CAG Chief, aiding in the strategic planning and execution of AFSFC policies and programs.Utilize desktop publishing tools to create, edit, and distribute materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational standards.Plan and execute high-profile events such as Senior Leader Conferences, Councils, and Summits, coordinating all aspects from initial planning to execution.Schedule and coordinate meetings, including planning and dry-run sessions, employing effective project management techniques.Offer expert oral and written communication, maintaining transparent and effective coordination across various levels of the organization.Represent CAG in organizational events, demonstrating excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.Prepare and provide essential read-ahead materials for senior-level meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed.Manage and adapt schedules to align with AFSFC's dynamic requirements, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.Provide backup support to the Enterprise Workflow Manager and Information Manager as needed.Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports, adhering to specific reporting requirements and timelines. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in an administrative support role within a military or defense-related environment.Strong proficiency in desktop publishing software and communication tools.Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.Knowledge of DoD, Air Force, and AFSFC policies and procedures is highly advantageous.
