Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Package Handler to join our team at our distribution center. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and processing packages to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Responsibilities: - Receive incoming packages and verify their contents - Sort and organize packages based on destination - Use RF scanners to track package information and update system records - Load and unload packages from delivery trucks - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move packages as needed - Ensure packages are properly labeled and prepared for shipping - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks - Forklift certification is a plus, but not required We offer competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
