• Research and create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, infographics, and more to promote 3-GIS software and services.
• Develop compelling content to support sales outfitting efforts.
• Optimize content for SEO and engagement, including the use of keywords, meta descriptions, and calls-to-action.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Measure and report on content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversions, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and collaborate the execution of telecom marketing campaigns.
• Identify and create user and buyer personas.
• Work with channels and sales enablement team members to ensure alignment of messaging and availability of necessary assets.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, or a similar field.
• 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to research and understand complex topics and communicate them effectively to various audiences.
• Ability to present portfolio of applicable outputs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence audiences across large organizations and/or multi-disciplinary audiences.

• Demonstrated thought leadership and contributions to technical B2B audiences.
