Job Summary:
SSM Health, a nationally renowned Catholic health care system serving the greater Oklahoma City Metropolitan area, is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as its Regional Vice President of Patient Care/Chief Nursing Officer. As an integrated and clinically driven organization, the Regional Vice President of Patient Care/Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the operational performance of clinical areas within the organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement both short- and long-term operational goals and plans while ensuring alignment with broader regional and system priorities. This leader will effectively translate initiatives into timely action plans with measurable performance using industry best practices and standard KPIs to lead, direct, and drive operational excellence and standard work across the region.
