Job Title: Facilities Specialist // Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Eatontown, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Complete assigned work orders related to maintenance of equipment, and facilities related systems.

Supports the coordination of building space allocation and layout including setting up tables and chairs for events.

Maintain and care for the manufacturing site by utilizing a variety of hand and power tools.

Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and building safety systems.

Conduct maintenance task such as replacing light bulbs and ballasts.

Be flexible to change direction as per business needs.
