Key Responsibilities :

• Implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment on construction sites
• Monitor safety activities to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
• Investigate incidents and address safety concerns promptly, taking necessary corrective actions
• Conduct safety assessments and provide training to project teams on safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project management teams, subcontractors, and clients to address safety-related issues effectively

Top Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in conducting safety assessments and providing safety training

Experience and Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management, with 3 years of construction safety experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Alternatively, an Associate Degree in the relevant field with 5 years of experience, or a High School Diploma / GED with 7 years of experience
• Certification in OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Outreach Safety Training Course
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
