Your stage will be the assembly area, where you'll set the tempo for success and ensure every performance is a masterpiece.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging training sessions for assembly and evaluation / repair teams
• Fine-tune processes and procedures to optimize performance
• Strike the right chord with personalized guidance and support for associates
• Lead the ensemble in problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Navigate electronic databases like a virtuoso to access relevant information
• Ensure every performance is pitch-perfect, with tasks completed efficiently and flawlessly

Skills and Experience Required :

• A virtuoso in delivering impactful training sessions
• A maestro of technical concepts and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (preferred)
• A master communicator, able to strike the right chord with team members
